Bath Probation Office, is a probation contact centre, within the South West region.

SWS were appointed to provide waterproofing installation to the building wall that had traces of visible damps

Survey investigation was carried out by stripping out false wall and exposing thr face of the block wall.

A combined system was adopted using Type A+C waterproofing system on the wall for damp-proofing purpose.

Dry rods were installed on the wall at low level 200mm above floor level and spaced at 200mm c/c. Cementitious screed was applied on the wall prior to cavity mesh membrane installation.

Installation was carried-out in accordance to manufacturer’s specifications to provide a reliable waterproofing system.
