Waldram crescent is a new development in Lewisham, consisting of a six-storey building with 22 shared ownership apartments and commercial space on the ground floor. The site is conveniently located near Forest Hill station in Zone 3, providing excellent transport links to central London.

SWS were appointed to provide waterproofing installation to the building toe along the building perimeter.

Type A waterproofing system was adopted on the building toe and ground floor slab of the residential area.

A self-adhesive membrane was used to waterproof the building toe along with its ancillary products. Appropriate fillet was also applied to the corners of the toe.

Installation was carried-out in accordance to manufacturer’s specifications to provide a reliable waterproofing system.
