Peterborough Court, located at 133 Fleet Street, will be remodelled to create 292,000 sq ft of curated Grade A workspace and ground floor retail across eleven floors.

SWS were appointed to Survey the existing building’s roof, basement and drains for water tightness and integrity leading to the design and installation of roofing and waterproofing systems.

SWS attended site to ascertain sources of water ingress to the three deck levels. To establish whether sources of water are ground water or surface water, or drain related entry and the requirements for rectification of faults. CCTV and other means was used for this investigation

Survey took into account basement use and some remedial/sealing and repair works were carried out to provide the appropriate grade as detailed on spec documents.

A written report of our findings including verification of the visual inspection carried out by KPF was provided upon completion.

SWS also provided a preliminary waterproofing detailing based on intended use of space.
